These terms cover your use of Eavewell, made by CORE Home Technologies LLC in Grand Forks, North Dakota. By using Eavewell you agree to them. Questions: support@corehomehub.com.
Using Eavewell
- You must be 18 or older, and give an email address you can get mail at.
- Keep what you enter accurate, and only enter information about homes and things you own, rent or help take care of.
- Don’t misuse the service, try to get into other people’s accounts, or interfere with how it runs.
Reminders and alerts are help, not a guarantee
Reminders, warranty dates and freeze warnings are based on what you enter and on weather forecasts, which can be wrong or late. Alerts can be delayed or not delivered. Eavewell is a helper, not a replacement for your own judgment, a professional inspection, or the instructions from your equipment’s maker. We’re not responsible for damage that an alert might have helped prevent.
Text message alerts
- Program: Eavewell alerts, from CORE Home Technologies LLC.
- What you’ll get: automated texts about your home that you chose on the Alerts page: freeze warnings, maintenance reminders and warranties ending.
- How often: it varies, usually a few texts a month and no more than a few a week.
- Cost: Eavewell doesn’t charge for texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any text, or turn texts off on the Alerts page. You’ll get one text confirming you’re unsubscribed.
- For help: reply HELP, or email support@corehomehub.com.
- Agreeing to texts isn’t required to use Eavewell. Carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your mobile number is in our Privacy Policy. We never share it for marketing.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, when offered, are described on corehomehub.com with their prices. Repairs arranged through service requests are billed separately.
Your information
What you enter is yours. You let us store and use it to run Eavewell for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Ending your account
You can stop using Eavewell anytime, and delete your account yourself from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Limits
Eavewell is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, CORE Home Technologies LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by North Dakota law.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell you by email.
